Another Workout Routine 12/21/2011
This one adds pullups to the workout I previously posted.
Pullups are good for the core of the body and will give your
upper body that V look.
5 pullups 10 pushups 15 crunches 100-200 meter sprints
do this 10 times consecutively, miminal to no rest in between
sets. Again, do it at least 3 times a week and you will see
