I have written in the past here about health issues in my blog. I know in the last year and a half I have made changes on my eating habits . So I decided to make another change here on going to the gym and loose some weight. I have lost considerable amount of weight and still loosing some more. To some out their had liked me before the change and others are enjoying the change. To those enjoying the change i am glad here. I have been working real hard to improve the way I look. I am pleased to say I do feel better in loosing my weight in lot of ways.
I have to say I am busy doing fitness classes, using the machines, and using the weights. I have to say it is not easy doing these things but I do them because of wanting to improve my health more than anything. I just want to make some small mention here on looks here please do not judge others here until you been in their shoes do not judge or make rude comments because it may effect others mental health and well being. I have been hurt on somethings here that has happen here on this site because of my weight problem it would be wise just to keep your thoughts to yourself. Just being thoughtful on the matter.

The identity of a person can be a touchy subject for some people but it is important to discuss our identities. Every person is different in their own unique way. I know I had incidents in my life that have caused me to look at my identity in variety of ways. From real life and being on here. No matter how hard you try to protect your identity something always get in the way. In this day and age you have to be concerned with all aspects of life. So my question is how to protect your identity from being known to everyone? Just curious. I also posted this same question as a magazine article a while back got some interesting responses.

I do have videos here in my profile here I closed them up to private here because HotMatch.com was complaining about them. I guess it was to racy for them here and thought it was rated X so to speak. For myself compared to other videos that out there that are more racy than mine. At least I think so here. But I did not want to delete them so they sit private. I have been told they are private but at times here feel people still trying to get to them. So I just let them sit here for now. I apologize for being friends only but that iit has to be here. Hopefully in the future be making new videos. Just being thoughtful on the subject.

It seems some people will not let it go on their jealousy and hatred of me. I have done nothing to them but some out there are bad mouthing me. If it makes them feel better so be it. I have let these issues go and
just forget them. If you call me names it just shows how much you have not grown up and it shows to others how childish you are here. If you call me names I will fight back. So it is better just to leave me alone. I am leaving you people alone. I already know I am old but some of you are not far behind me or might be older then me. So you better look at yourself in the mirror before you make comments on others or try to belittle them. I just let God decide in the end to those who think ill of me. Just being thoughtful on the subject.

It seems my health is not to great getting diagnosed with
different health problems. I am coping here and still strive
to maintain the health I have here. I am notifying others
here to get checked out by your doctor no matter the age.
It is real important that you do. You might have infections
and diseases that might effect others.At least you would
know if you have certain health issues you can try to fix
or make it better. But some health issues you might not be
able to fix like infections, cancers, and diseases that
are not curable. My message to others make sure you are protected
with a condom and tell others to do the same. It will save
you lot of grief and pain. This is my thought at this time.
Be careful out there. I am just being thoughtful on the subject

I sure do miss having the network bulletin here in the friends network. I loved posting private message to friends only. Now it is like having a your left hand cut out for not having this feature. I just wish HotMatch.com put this feature back. I guess the only avenue that friends have access to me is in my blog so they can communicate with me. I am going to try to put more posts up in my blog so I can make up this feature taken away. Sometimes it is so hard here. I should make a small mention here on accepting
friends make sure your profile is active so I can accept after that you can do what you want with your profile once I accept? Do you miss the network bulletin? I like to know why if you wish to have it returned to use?Just curious.

I put this question out on the magazine section questionaire not to long ago. I got variety of responses that is for sure. It seems to me with the technology and well done productions of sex in videos seems to be improving to help us make sex better in our lives. Of course the real thing between two individuals that have good compatibility can make sex more better then in previous years. I know years ago they did not have the medium of the internet to give us a better understanding of sex. Now you can access it at anytime or place. So my question to you is wy is sex
better than years ago?Just Curious.

We live in a dangerous world here. You got people stealing, , assaulting, and murdering others. It has gotten worse with time. I am not going to get into the politics of the problem. I just seen too much on the news lately and had some experience myself here with the stealing part. Guns are becoming and being used more frequently from all parts of society. Crime seems to be rising every where in the world? I know people have problems of all sorts out there with their issues. I know others have to survive so they can take care and protect their family If you really need to use a gun for safety. Please lock them up safely so others can not use them. Guns to me are dangerous no matter what the situation or problem that arises? Please becareful in handling and using them. I know I will not have a gun in my home because anything can happen with them. Make sure you look and observe around you in any location you might be in just do not know something may happen to you if you do not here. Just stay safe as much as you can here. I am just being thoughtful on this subject.)

I know I have not blogged much since my return hopefully I can rectify that in the near future. I think its time to do some blogging so you know what is going on with me and my life? Hopefully you guys will keep tuned in and commenting. I like to do some interesting subjects. If you have suggestions let me know in this post. I will try to work on them.
