I have a CDL driver's license so I am very careful not to take drugs or to abuse alcohol. I also like to keep my abs showing so I drink alcohol only socially and never to the point of impairment. When I do drink more than two or three drinks, on special occasions, my friends tell me I become even nicer and happier, lol. I know some who get mean when they are drunk. My theory is that drinking brings to the surface what is usually kept hidden. I don't smoke other than the occasional cigar or a puff on someone else's pipe. I love the smell of pipe tobacco. I have no problem with others smoking.

The date of execution shall be the date the online application is submitted to us.
