The only thing I like about the subject title is the word LONG as in LONG and THICK.
Anyway....WTF is up with views, flirts and friends from distances so far as to render the act meaningless ? I'm not going to move to Argentina, or Bermuda or any other place out of the US.

This is not a complaint. It's just a statement of fact.
I grew up at a time when you didnt share your sexual preference with anyone. Eventually men would meet other guys who shared their orientation and learned about the available options for meeting. Public places, bars, rest areas, eventually book stores.
The only place I fit in was the rest area. No one cared about the clothes you wore, the car you drove or where you lived. Could you suck a dick ( or get banged in the ass if that was your thing)? You didnt have to be a pretty anything and in many cases the more masculine you were - no not the kind of masculine that is flaunted today with boots, jeans and high priced clothes from you know where - but the can you fit in with the guys without drawing attention.
Seems like no one gives a fuck today. It's let it all hang out and not just on sex ( or what passes for it) sites. I never made that transition. I'm still living in the closet days; afraid to tell anyone I'm interested; hiding behind the anonymity the site provides.
I'm not being a hypocrite. I have a face pic here. So someone sees me and recognizes me. My only comment is so fucking what? Do you have a problem with me being here and if yes, why are you looking at men anyway? Fuck off.
Maybe it's the area. I don't have problems connecting in other parts of the country but then I'm not as conservative elsewhere. Maybe that's the problem. Enough of this for now.
