Workout Suggestions
Workout Suggestions I currently work out at a local Gym. 24 hour fitness. Its great and well priced. Free classes etc. I was recently told to try and do kettle bell or cross fit. Ive seen it but not sure my large boobs lol would like this. Anyone have any background in cross fit or kettle? Im thinking Id like to try it but I am also totally happy with my 24 hour fitness. |

The kettle bell is a great overall workout that can do wonders for most of the major muscle groups. especially the abs if you do it right. I dropped 6 inches off my waist using my 35 lb. kettle. We've done both and promise you you'll get a better workout and experience doing either over 24 Hr. Much more intense and fun working out with a group.

That's why they make sports bras. To contain those babies when you are exercising. If I was you I think the Cross Fit would work better for you.

It really depends on your goals. What do you want to do? My preference is a bodybuilder type workout routine. Moderate to high volume. The actual weight you lift doesn't matter. It's all about correct form. And a nice clean diet is key. Without a clean diet you are never going to be able to show off all the hard work you put into exercising. Kettle bells are fine as part of your routine. CrossFit is interesting due to its variety. But good old weights with some cardio and eating well will take you a long way.

I am not a fitness expert but as far as your breast go if you use the kettle bell if you're worried don't be the motion in your shoulders will help them stand up more.

I’m going to teach you everything that’s awesome I need a 24 hr gym as I was to late yesterday 10 pm. God sec before gym love you all sweaty. So hot after working out just tasting you. I’m serious about the gym I will have you the best amazing. For me and you and it will be fun. Let’s do it tonight drinks and talk and see I live very close and have 3 sisters tour my favorite

True that, working out your chest will make your boobs more perky. Try this at home....... Lock your hands together, and straighten your arms. Put your hands straight down so they are pointed to the ground, then move them up so the arms are parallel to the floor, then move them up to they are above your head straight up in the air, then repeat that backwards till they are down again. If your boobs don't have any discomfort than you'll be fine using kettlebells. Oh btw, don't listen to the nay sayers, CrossFit (CF) is fine. Actually, try it out yourself and make your own opinion. Each CF is independently owned, so everyone is really nice. Alot of ladies go to my CF gym, actually alot of mom's go too, even their kids come. Alot of people like it because its social and supportive. They're all good people.
