Be careful what you wish for...

Well, as a very attr. vers. bi bottom, I'm always dreaming and fantasizing about big wood if you know what I mean Who, in my position isn't or hasn't at some point in their life right?

Well, last Sunday night it came and boy was it huge...lol No, not what you are thinking...sorry. But, a huge branch from my neighbors tree fell on my house and is still there today. Yupp, that's right, I'm still waiting for his Insurance Co. to come out and assess the situation. And, we have this storm approaching from the south this week. Does anyone have any advice for me? I am totally in the dark with this one. Oh, and before I close, one last word of advise...Be careful what you wish for! LOL!

That story took a turn for the worse! I'd call the Insurance Company and ask them if you can remove it since they've seen it.

Hope you get some big wood to enjoy soon!

Well, it's Oct. 20, 2017 and I'm just now getting finished with the repairs on my house. I was able to contact an Insurance Adjuster, but buyer beware, there are real shrewd ones out there that will take advantage of your situation as he did mine. Also, be sure you know who your contractors are and their reputations. I have to ask my friends to come and finish the repairs my contractor was paid to make. The good news is, my Insurance Co. won in Arbitration against my neighbors Insurance Co., so I was able to get my deductable returned to me in full...hooray!

One other side note, still waiting for some big wood to enjoy!
