Shore - Nothing Going On
Here in Atlantic City...
it's a quiet damp cold day living right off the Atlantic Ocean.

No one is around. Didn't even see any walkers on the beach this morning.

Became bored and took a walk up by a lifeguard station. I have no idea what that white thing is that says restricted on it.

On one of the photos in the distance you can see the Ventnor Fishing Pier.
Ventnor is the next town over from AC.

 even if being isolated, being "down the shore"
isnt such a bad place to be,
even during inclement weather.
no greenheads yet, right?

once, years ago,
i had business in atlantic city on a stormy windy day.

once i drove into view of the ocean,
and all the way over the causeway
and into the city,
the spraying whitecaps were fascinating to watch.

it may not have been a "beach day",
but it was still a spectacle of nature to behold.

the white thing? maybe a weather buoy?

 Everywhere is slow. Normally my town is so busy and vibrant. Its dead. However, no traffic.......always the optimist!

 Hi Holly
Wonderful pictures of the beach an ocean. Even a cloudy and grey day is still a better at the beach. Walk out on the boardwalk and watch the beach and ocean and get lost in your mind. So easy to do.
