Having Fun Having fun at the gym with my friends is finally paying off. body is looking better and slimming down each day. I feel so freaking healthy. very slow process but is working. I am very happy the way is going. I think my friends started me slow but they are picking up the pace more and more as we go. cause at first it was not as bad, we would have fun, joke around and they would give me a break every time I say tired. but I think those days are over. cause now they say keep going, keep up with us. You don't stop just cause you feel pain, you stop when you are done. Before they would let me do my own thing or pace. Now most of the times the guys make me work out next to them, doing wherever they do, getting sweaty along with them. the next day I can't even walk. looks like the playful days are over. one time my legs, body and arms were so sore that I couldn't even walk the next day from the work out that they gave me the day before, the pain last me a good 4 days but it was a good pain Lol SORRY for the topless picture. I just want to show how the body is looking, still work in progress but is getting there  We also have plans to go to a haunted house before Halloween is over. One of my friends is getting the tickets, another one will be the driver, and one of them is taking his professional camera to see if he can get some funny compromising fun pics of us being playful there, I hope no ghost get offended  Be good people, enjoy life and smile!  |

Hurrah for you! I hit the gym too; always have and always will,,,but after spine surgery I have had to lighten up with the weight training. Nice to see you and you are looking quite fit! Keep having fun and be healthy.
