Same thing happens when people go to jail or prison. They are separated from their children for doing something illegal. This is no different. They are entering the USA illegally. It is their own fault!!!

Same as the parents of children that are put in jail. Not much of a difference. Come to this country legally and you can stay. Canada is no different. If I cross the border illegally, I am arrested. I dont believe in everything that Trump does. I feel bad for the kids involved in this situation, but their are laws about immigration. They break the law, there are consequences. As a US citizen I am appalled and outraged by so many of beliefs and actions and inaction from our president and others in government. Literally feel sick each day reading or watching the news. Never so much as now have I taken political views into account when considering meeting a man. Negativity regarding human rights, women's rights, bigotry, lack of compassion and empathy, denying lies, etc. ...all red flags. Stay away from those men!

I haven't heard of any offers to take them in Canada. WTF! Mr. fake eyebrows said that he doesn't want them in Canada either. About 85% of these kids were sent by their parent(s) unaccompanied or with 3rd parties, so they were not separated from their parent(s) here in the U.S., and kids can't be put in detention or jails with adults who are being prosecuted for illegally entering the country. Kids are not separated when the parents enter legally.

Lol, she called me names first and "fog breather " is pretty mild compared to things being said to me here. As far as my parents raising me to have empathy and compassion, I have both. I have empathy and compassion for the family of Kate Steinle and millions of other Americans who are the victims of the numerous crimes committed by illegal aliens. I have sympathy for the millions of Americans addicted to heroin that's smuggled in from Mexico. It is not true. We have laws here about illegal's, no one is in a cage, or being mistreated, The abuse comes from parents sending their children to the US by using coyotes and smugglers ect. Obamas Daca allowed illegals into the USA and after a little processing thing, told them to show up at a certain place before a judge about their asylum case. Most don't show up. Why should they ? Don't believe that our country would do this ever. Especially Trump. So far we have seen Trump/Russia collusion and nothing, this is a political ruse by the dems /libs . Amazing how people will grasp at anything that will put Trump in a bad lite. It should have been Obama who never should have been president. The men are taken one place, and the women are seperated from their children, it was reported one woman was breast feeding her 3 month old baby and her baby was pulled from her breast to be taken from her. .... Probably a dramatic exaggeration . Mothers arent allowed to stay with their children!!! .... Often the "Mothers" are not actually "Mothers". According to a spokesman we should be happy because the kids have snacks, tv and video games. ... They are well taken care of until they can be deported. I applaud my President for trying to get a hold on this. Terrorism is rampant. I will not allow just anyone to come in my home and take over and mooch off of me. Why should we allow it in our country? I do feel the kids need to be protected. They are innocent and some are used as pawns to get in. They should not be separated. I do not believe everything I hear from the liberal media. If it demeans the President, they will publish it, no matter what it is, and embellish it. Former administrations turned a blind eye to the law and have allowed us to get to this place. We have someone willing to take heat and correct it. It is not pretty or easy. Sadly, the bad people coming here are making it hard on the good people wanting a better life here. I do think immigration can be done in a safe secure way. Like President Trump, or not, he is trying to find a solution and I have no doubt that he wants safety for children. Their children and ours’. I don’t think he is the monster so many want us to believe. He is not perfect but he is here and trying to find an answer, unlike so many before him.
