I am staying very centered coffee. I am glad that I am always stocked coffee. The store near by has run out of my favorite brand and things would have declined in quality here . Having several (well much more than several) cups a day is giving opportunities just chill out and savor the peace. Over the years, coffee has always been a safety net for . Are you enjoying coffee for your quiet time now? Do you have something you use instead relax with? The only sad part for is that the over whelming time is by myself . Can you share your food methods of relaxing. Here are some examples that I would enjoy

 I buy several kinds of beans at the local Food Co-Op as I can get as much or as little as I want. It's fun to mingle them as I grind my own.
