I admire the dedication of those who compete... a couple of weeks before a competition the shed the bulk and get ripped. It looks great to my eye. For these people it's all about competition. There are those who chase bulk for it's end, like the ladies who get the largest possible implants they can get... they are just driven by ego. Find pleasure in giving pleasure

I do appreciate someone who takes good care of their body. I got a guy who is a building builder so I live with this most of my life.. Body beautiful! For the women I think too much muscles is not attractive. A little bit is good! hugssss V Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

Having a beautiful body and be healthy has nothing to do with body building. I do not find it attractive at all!!!! There a friend from here that was a tutor in body building, thought he was doing everything right, be on a very healthy diet, but ended with having a massive stroke, disabling him for life.........afterall the heart is a muscle, and one cannot body building without including it.  WITHOUT PASSION LIFE IS NOTHING

Being fit is fine but being so muscular that you look like a freak is not a good thing.
