~~~ This was a mistake  . When some one starts flinging written abuse and veiled threats , that is bullying, isn't it? The author of this conduct is not someone that I have had contact with and at least to my knowledge is not a regular in blogville. Maybe I should have just blocked the clown, but why not have some fun with the bully first. I think the poor "A" hole was disappointed and a bit chagrined when I gave him back a bit of the vitriolic language.  . I know, I know that is not very gentlemanly of me, but after reading what this type has done to others, it just felt good. Yes I can be a caveman when provoked . After a few emails with this provocateur , I will just block the clown. Is my method of dealing with a bully the right one? I don't know, just feels good for now . Will it solve the bully issue on site ? No way. The site does nothing with any consistency about this, so full steam ahead here        |

I had one person who used to post acerbic and bullying type comments on my blog. I emailed her one on one to ask her to please stop doing this on my blog and she can do whatever she wants on her blog, but on mine I get to choose. She started bullying, name calling, and disrespecting me. I blocked her from my blog and profile. I now see she has left this site or at least she stopped blogging. I say good riddance! Bullies in my opinion are insecure,and anyone can say or do what they want here,hiding behind the screen. They can lash out with their rude comments to push your hot button,and its difficult not to respond in a positive way. I've been blogging since August,and have been pretty happy with the community here in blog land,until a dark cloud passed over on my blog yesterday. I wouldn't have know until I read their blog,which I sometimes read,and found out I was the target!! Yikes...they hijacked my blog,and turned it into something to be hurtful,and twisted it around to fit their needs. Is this a bully? I try and take the high road,and explain myself with a snarky response,but stay level headed,and move on. Its not worth my time and energy to get upset,its only a blog! But my blogs are my opinion,and looking for answers,and would never take someone's blog and spin it to make it into a rant for myself.

Pal, you should of shared the email without divulging the bully..Lately some have been bomabarded with these types of email. So I say good for you..dish it back!!! Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

There is a woman...or a couple of women, I'm not sure...who have hundreds of different profiles, just so she/they can go into a public chat room and sit there for hours, harrassing ppl. It takes some time, but I just keep on iggying her/them and don't engage her/them in any conversation at all. Same in another public chat room. This chatter can be totally fine sometimes so after I have iggied her, the next day, I uniggy her until she starts bullying again, then back in the bin she goes! lol I did make the mistake a few nights ago of actually standing my ground against her bullying.
