Well, mostly coffee this Monday morning. Even though I don't have to go to work, my butt is dragging and I need a shot of caffeine to get started? How about you? I know many are not coffee drinkers, but is an artificial stimulant needed , especially on Mondays to get started? There are other ways to get the day running smoothly , and I am a "firm" advocate of those also . I can be easily persuaded to chuck the day and stay in bed also
