Cell Phone Distracted Driving

I recently had my first personal involvement with a driver who was distracted because she was using her cell phone. I was out shopping and stopped at the local supermarket. I was in the produce section looking for some fresh veggies when my cart was slammed into the produce bin. The lady who hit it was driving a motorized shopping cart and talking on her cell phone. She looked at me, said "sorry" and kept on driving and talking. I guess you have to be alert for distracted drivers even when you aren't out on the road.

 was surprised to find some of those little carts have back-up beepers...like it's some kinda disclaimer to watch your Ass.
