Saturday Night........
I am so sad that I have to work this Saturday night.
I have been enjoying having my weekends off. And so this weekend when a band I knew was playing I did not even think to book the day off. I love my classic rock, and 80's rock, but to be fair I also like some really heavy bands, almost like Death Metal, but not as extreme. So all my old 'headbanging' friends are going and I will miss seeing some people I have not seen in a long time.
Since I have to miss AC/DC it is nice that we at least had some other music to see.
Oh well. Work is work and you just have to suck it up.
But I will be thinking of all my friends off and having a wonderful time....... some at AC/DC, some to the races, some at a birthday party, some seeing some local bands, some going to Gimli for the weekend...... and remember to book off every weekend from now on.
LOL.
So what about you? What are your plans for the weekend?

 I'll be working during the day both Saturday and Sunday, and doubt I'll be doing anything worth mentioning. Sorry to disappoint.

 Bringing USA's kids back home to the States. Then we're kidless. And while the kids are away ................we will play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Ah poor you but I can really sympathize about the weekends you work, I do it too. But as luck would have it.....I am off this weekend and I think I will probably go to the birthday party after the horse races as i couldn't afford AC/DC tickets.

 I feel your pain Jewel...I hate working weekends too!
I have a surprise Birthday party on Saturday night....I will show for awhile....after that...who knows.
Not much of a party girl lately....hmmm....can anyone tell me why?

 I have to work this weekend to. Both Saturday and Sunday. I have to remember to book every Sunday off from now until whenever.
