The Patience

There are times I am patient then other times not so patient. I keep waiting for a check to come in the mail still has not come here. It seems like eternity here. I just wish it get here. It will help me temporarily at least. I know I need it here. I guess I can wait a little longer. Do you have difficulty in patience? How do you deal with it? Just Curious.

 My favorite saying of all time....found on a bumper sticker back in the late 70's "Patience is for losers". I've tried to live my life that way ever since....LOL

Hello, I might have to do that in my mind kind of hard to move on when you need to fix my car and visit my mother providing she still in the hospital. Besides got other things need to be done too. I know the feeling of no patience at this moment. Thanks for posting.

 I am impatient, once my mind is made up.... but I do take all my time making up my mind, so in one sense I am patient.

As to waiting for things, it's easier just to put them out of mind. Then when they arrive it is a bonus, but I do appreciate that some things are too important to be patient about!
I have a new teeshirt that I'm proud to wear!

 I used to be horribly impatient. I still am in some cases, but one benefit (the only benefit?) of getting older is that I’ve learned that in many cases bulling ahead with something actually makes it take longer in the end.

I’ve also learned that being impatient with things beyond your control only serves to stress you out ‒ nothing else.

In other words, I’m trying to learn patience.
