The Hatred

Hatred is interperted as someone does not like you or have some problem with you. Sometimes these feelings of hatred are irreconcilable and it does not go away. Hatred builds and feeds then spread to others then they are expressed in such a way there will be hard feelings no matter what you do? Also hatred can be delibitating to your health because it adds stress to you. The inner emotions strive to have these feelings of hatred.

 Well its not a positive thing is it to hate someone, but i guess if you have good reason for hating someone as i do then i guess its just an perfectly normal reaction, defense even, its sometimes easier to hate than forgive...but its not good for the heart and its certainly not good for ur health either as i found out!

funny i seen Tucson Arizona on tv tonight, a guy here going around in a taxi trying to take in every single state in America, very interesting!
