Fantasy or Fiction? (Don't get TOO excited ...)

Yet another update fellas!

Maybe it's the final break in the weather ... or the end of the ' school year ... or the reality of the divorce ... but once again ... change is in the air ...

Do men and women ever actually just "get together" anymore? I mean, really ... for conversation ... to watch a ballgame live or on tv ... go for a ride or a drive ... catch a movie of common interest (theater or at home) ... what about sitting at the bar at Applebee's and having a drink or two and an appetizer??

For me, as much as I love sex, as much as I crave it, as much as I enjoy a man taking charge, hearing his pleasure, feeling all there is to feel ... learning ... experimenting ... exploring ... (oops ... sorry!) ... there really is something else missing in my life ... is it just a girl thing? Is it just me?

My gosh, what I wouldn't do to have someone to hang out with on those rare evenings when I have just a few unexpected hours without my ...

 Its just as bad when its the opposite. plenty of hanging out with folks and friends, but nothing else.

 my dear, i butt up against that issue all the time! it's not just a girl thing but for all the negative press the sterotypical male receives its an uphill battle to say the least!

 I'd love to be able to just see someone without any expectations. At home we just set and watch tv with no sex afterwards so what's the difference.

For me the difference would be that my soon-to-be-ex wouldn't make eye contact with me when we laughed at the funny parts of the show ... he wouldn't delight when we accidentally touched ... he wouldn't be grateful for the time we spent together ... he wouldn't ask if he could see me again ... I hope your situtation is much better than mine was ... I hope everyone's is ...
