Californication, the end

I finished the final episode of Californication last night. I managed to watch the entire seven seasons in the last month or so. I really enjoyed looking into some truly fucked up lives. Good writing, good acting. The finale was a bit too pat of an ending but still worthwhile.

That is more TV than I've watched in ages. But winter in Wisconsin has its limits on activity if you don't enjoy generating your own wind chill.

 The Newsroom. It was on HBO. It only lasted a few seasons which is a shame because shows that make you think and engage you on an intellectual level are far and few between.
I thought it was excellent.

Nurse Jackie and Weeds per PBG are also excellent.

Any show that was on HBO or Showtime is worth your time.

I did the Newsroom a couple of years ago. Excellent.
