Bite the pillow and take your screwing The times I get low (emotionally not like when the whistle blows) it's usually because of a feeling of powerlessness , which is something everyone experiences from time to , and that's no fun . BUT it's a damn sight better than when you're reminded that you really are powerless . Stuff happens and you "stand up for yourself" and you're all proud and think you're cool and then the shitstorm starts raining down on you and you remember "oh fuck , NO ONE is on my side" no one who can do anything anyway . If someone wants to fuck you , you're just fucked - nothing you can do .  Funny thing about me when things start going to bad my first instinct is ALWAYS to just say "to hell with this" and make it a million times worse . Such as I could lay low and kiss ass and try to save myself but what I WANT to do is spit directly into my bosses face and remind him once again that he is a worthless sack of crap and everyone in the world would be happier if he got cancer of the rectum and died a painful death . But that's the childish part of me , being an adult means eating shit and smiling like a jackass and then eating some more - unless you want to be poor . Which trust me , you do not . In other news did you know that Highspots has a streaming service ? It's fantastic . if it's work........it's hard because it sucks to be without a job. if it's a real life issuetht you can't stand not to stand up for. dunno man, sometimes it's worth kicking up some dust. do you have an HR department or is this a small shop? poor sucks........so start looking for another job. when you have one. leave fast and without notice. it's not much but it's something. I take it you're not unionized? You cannot conceive the many without the one.

Boy do I hear you in spades and HR is never on the side of the workers- it's all a BS fantasy office. And trying to get a union in place to help retail setting is like being Sisyphus with his rock. I finally gave my notice when I tried to get a schedule adjustment for medical reasons. I bit the bullet (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

Sometimes it's better to bend over and take the screwing while looking for another job without saying anything to anyone at work. I had a job once where I mentioned to a co-worker that I was going for a job interview as the pay just wasn't good enough for the work I was doing. The little weasel ran to the boss and licked his ass while telling him about what I had said. I was "laid off" a few days later. Vive La Difference

Wow, I don't visit you for awhile thinking that you will elevate my mood enough for me to save that experience for when I need it and then you do this. For shame, I just watched a Ytube clip of "Squeal like a pig" and dueling banjos. Now I will have to watch [Rec3] Genesis, to at least get some zombie satisfaction even if it does have subtitles.I was disappointed by "Rampage, President Down." It would have been better if Bill had survived. What am I supposed to tell Mrs Fever on word press? The ice really sucks too. It should melt this week though. Remember, I'm in Iowa too.
