Job Hunting

WOW I forgot how it was to job hunt. All my jobs always fell in my lap and I never really had to search for any job. Now as I hit the pavement looking for a job and trying to see what all is out there, it seems as I either look at ones already taken and they didnt call the job office to tell them. Or maybe I am not completley qualified because I dont have a degree but I do have all the knowledge by street smarts. Or maybe I am too old or something. Wow I never knew how people were out there about jobs until now. I can do anything and adapt to any job if they are willing to let me. Oh well, I will find one soon and it will take care of me for the time being. BUt keep me in your prayers so I can get the right job at the right time. People look at me funny when I walk in and apply for a job, maybe they wonder why I dont have a job right now. Who knows but until they ask me or find out I dont really care. Oh well. I am off again to see what I may find and see if I can come up with that perfect job. See yas.

 I totally know where you are coming from. I have been searching for a job for almost 2 months now. I quit my last job because it was extrememly physically and emotionally stressful. The working conditions were deplorable and my supervisors refused to do anything about despite my efforts to improve upon them. I do have a degree and didn't think it would be this hard to find a new job. I have applied for nearly 50 jobs thus far and have only had 4 interviews. It is to the point now that my savings have run out and I am desperate to find any job. I've gotten turned down numerous times for being "over qualified. I have also registered with several temp agencies and have yet to have any luck there either. It is extremely frustrating and I understand what you are going through. I promise to send good vibes your way. I hope you will do the same for me. Best of luck.
