Wondering what is going on with her...

sitting and thinking about a wonderful woman, but just dont know ehere she is. Why hasnt she called and why hasnt she even emailed me? Sometimes I know we withdraw into ourselves and wonder if thats the best way to get thru things. However, I know for a fact holding in all the hurts, doubts, fears, tension and stress wont do you any good and wont help your sense of being. When someone hurts us we wonder what we did to deserve it, but know its not our fault most of the time. It comes from them, they are not comfortable with who they are and what they wanna be. When you dont love yourself you wont love anyone, you will only hurt them. Why do we put up with hurt in our lives? Because we were taught that is what happens and we have to deal with it. However, you know we dont have to put up with anyones shit and dont have to have them in our lives either. Ladies and gents, know we dont need to have people in our lives who just put us down and who make us feel bad and sad all the time. FInd people who will uplift you and support you and who will be there for you no matter what is going on. Someone who will love you for you and dont wanan change you in any way shape or form Surround yourself with loved ones and friends who love you for you. There is someone for everyone and sometimes we have friends for a short time and sometimes they are here for a long time so love them always and tell them how you feel. Maybe one day you will be that person who helps someone else. Smile it is catchy.
