Just so y'all don't think I've locked myself in a room with a collection of cats......
Life has been a challenge, but I committed myself to work, and the gym. I'm seriously considering closing up shop for a number of reasons.
1) With the divorce it has gotten completely out of hand. My ex, who has a flourishing consulting business is claiming he barely gets by and not only is refusing to pay for half of the childcare costs, is asking for spousal support. Without family support, I have been overwhelmed balancing work and the . Plus the asshole has bailed on the last two of his weekends.
2) Without getting into details my firm is being investigated for our handling of some mergers, and I've spent several days being deposed.
3) As a result by sex drive has fallen off a cliff. My BF has been understanding, but I can see the wanderlust on his face. He took me to a B&B, and I had literally no desire to fuck, I can imagine my clit crusting over.....

My apologies for not posting for a while, or for the following rant..
I've been on this site 5 years, and that frightens me. I originally came on this site because I hated what I allowed myself to become in life. The collateral damage was the end of my marriage and everything that it has done to my self, my ex, my and our families. My ex and I originally agreed to divorce amicably, we went through mediation and formed the basic framework for the divorce. However a few weeks ago I receive a summons from one of the more notorious divorce lawyers in Nassau. Among the thunderbolts:
1-He is suing for sole custody due to my lack of fitness as a mother, citing my deviant lifestyle.
2-He is suing not only for full support but maintenance as well.
3-He's claiming that the house and property was not gifted to him by his parents, but leased, therefore I would have no martial stake in the property.
If the asshole wants to throw money away at lawyers for this bullshit, I'm game.
1) While he was aware of my extra-marital affairs, and implicitly condoned them, there was no written agreement. Also, I have never placed my in danger, nor left them unsupervised.
2) He owns a large construction consulting business, which he has magically disappeared from all ownership documents. My lawyer has already hired a forensic accountant to dig into the business.
3) I have a title with my name on it, again more bullshit
On top of everything my friend is getting disturbingly more intimate. I've always told him, and he's been fine with being good friend who fuck (a lot). He's begun having concerns about some of my other dalliances, and asking the dreaded "future" question. I would hate to break up with him, because he has always been the friend and fuck I need.

Startling and honestly terrifying news from this weekend that has me contemplating my lifestyle. A friend I knew for years and I knew was unhappy in her marriage, I introduced her to this life over a year ago. Since then she's been good about safety and discretion. However at a Christmas party we both went to, she hooked up with a fella, and apparently she was not firm with him on protection.
