There is WAY too much political correctness in the world today. There was a time you could crack jokes about every race, every sexual preference, and people took it for what it was, a joke! Now you can't say anything about anyone without someone getting offended and whining like a little bitch, ummm I mean a size challenged female dog! See how retarded that is?! Don't get me started on 'retarded", that's for a another blog. The political correct world pisses me off all the time but one night in particular affected me like no other. Understand that stereotypes became stereotypes for a reason and when you change or hide the name of certain things it confuses people and this happens...
A few years ago my best friend and I were enjoying a night out, partaking in some adult beverages and feeling pretty good when we passed by a club that advertised "Alternative Night" on the marquee. I love alternative music! So we turn around, park and head towards the door. As we get our ID's out for the doorman he gives us quick once-over and proceeds to tell us, "Hey, you guys know it's alternative night....right?" To which I enthusiastically replied,"Fuck yeah we know! Gimme some Tool!" The smile that spread across the doorman's face should have alerted me to something not being right but I just high fived him as he said with a chuckle, "You're in the right place. Have a good time!" and let us pass by. As I surveyed the landscape filled with guys holding guys hands, guys dancing with guys, guys with assless jeans, the doorman's chuckle that had seemed odd just moments before became crystal clear. Ooooooohhhh, ALTERNATIVE night! Fuck! As we started to make our departure my attention was taken by the sight of two women kissing each other in a way I had only seen in porn. It was at that moment that I decided it would be rude of me and my friend to just leave like that without at least having one drink. I grabbed my friends hand and whispered, "Tonight, you're my bitch"...to be continued

I joined HotMatch.com a couple of years ago hoping for the occasional hook up but mainly because I thought the videos were hot! Over the course of time I've met up with one lady and have chatted with about 5-6 other people. I know, really putting in some work right? Honestly, I'm not really good at the whole meet people and get them interested online thing AND I have a weird thing about having someone in my town recognize me since I work on the radio and at the biggest club in town. Not that I think I carry that kind of celebrity but paranoid nonetheless.
Then one day I decided, "Fuck it! Let's see what happens!" The FIRST girl I start chatting with looks very promising. There is the obligatory question/answer period and then on to a little steamier chat. After revealing a few more personal tidbits about myself, this is the exchange that followed:
Her: Wait, is your name -------?
Me: Ummm, yeah...why?
Her: Is your last name----?
Me: Fuck me! Yes!
Her: So...I'm your cousin!
Me: of a....THIS isn't straight out of a nightmare! So I guess I'll see you at the reunion? Awesome!
Needless to say that I'm even more gun shy about trying to hook up with anyone now and that was the Best. Reunion. Ever.
