Good to *hear* from you again, Mr.Kofla!

That photo of the bridge with a blue moon is exquisite! Other photos are wonderful as well.

Tripods are important tools also! I love the photos; they are well formatted in terms of the "rule of 3". You're making me wish for my 35mm camera again, (I gave mine to my niece along with several lens including a wide angle.)

Nice to see you again and I'm glad that photography is giving you so much personal pleasure and satisfaction.

I have a SLR film camera with a bunch of lenses. My favorite lens was just a "fast" lens. It gave me the best options for getting depth of field and taking pictures in lower light levels without a flash.

Nice pictures.

I love all three, and the Manhattan one looks throughly professional.

They are really beautiful pictures Kof and to my amateur eye they are well worthy of a professional label.

An eye, an art and a craft - lovely photos - good to see you posting - you seem to have an idea of what you are doing which helps - am currently looking to invest in a slightly more then point and shoot camera - but nothing fancy or expensive - it might encourage me to take time out for myself.

hey dude,
I was there and done that, I was with my camera 24/7 before digital, I was doing slides,,
I always thought that slides were better than photos , just my opinion.. and had a Minolta , and I can t even remember the model 202 maybe it was that.. but I had a wide angle 28mm lens and the standard 50 mm lens and I had a 135 mm lens and an 80 to 200 mm lens and then I also , if needed had a 2x extender ..

and you know what.. none of that mattered.. what mattered was composition..
look at what Ansel Adams did.. and B&W .. with the light and shadows is , in my humble opinion , still the best way to learn about your camera and what it and you can do..
and B&W , like I did. set up my own dark room in my basement..
hell I don t even know if you could get that stuff anymore..
but
and I have to say

that I like your composition on the photos that you shared..
your bracketing the way you did..your thought of your subject matter and your foreground and background..
I would suggest you and I don t know what you have as far as manual on your camera but f stop are very good things to fuck with and then see what f stop and apertures bring to your photos..
good photos and good luck..
