seized, fell down the stairs, spent some time in hospital and have the most colorful bruising

DO NOT listen to any stinkin' doctors! Seizing is caused virtually exclusively by heat, which is caused by friction. Friction is avoided by adequate lubrication. I run Castrol 20W50 in all my engines--except my chainsaw.

However, I have been known to tip a bottle of Patron now and again, solely for medicinal purposes, mind you; and as long as I remain relatively conscious, I am prompted (by virtue of blurred vision) to forego navigatin' stairways during those relatively rare elective treatments.
