 Some do--although I think they are the expectation. I have had many female cam buddies over the years. We chat, cam, exchange fantasies and just have a good time. Some women are indeed (in my opinion) more visual than common opinion suggests. I would add one more thing: in my experiences, more mature woman (over 35) seem to enjoy cam sessions than younger women. That is why I tend to avoid any woman who claims to want to cam with me.
