number IM chats per day reduced to 3. cost of additional chats increased from 1 to 10 points.....

 Positives:

1) new IMs can be initiated at the cost of 10 points Even from the phone app

2) As long as you don't delete a particular chat in the phone app you ll be able to continue chatting with that person without spending any slots on the 3 IMs per day limit
