I find that just I will go through phases of different foods or tastes that I'll crave. I might go for a month or two craving asian cuisine, then change to mexican etc. I have noticed that my sexual appetite will go through phases as well. It seems like something will get stuck in my head and that is what I want, it could be anal, or hand jobs or exhibitionism, certain body types,etc. It's not that I all of a sudden dislike any one thing it's just that something else will excite me. Does everyone go through this? Thankfully the sexual menu is quite large so there are many possible selections

 Food cravings , yes they change. Sexual cravings come from a certain look for me . I have a tendency to choose the clean cut traditional good looking business guy..... with that being said, my tastes in attraction does not change just what mood I'm in when I'm with him. ( still looking for that man) so to find out which craving will show itself, naughty or nice?

 I'm a bit the same. Not sure that there are any triggers apart from curiosity. Maybe its hormonal - us males are not immune to that as well.
