#BeautifulTRANSformation Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come. First of all I would like to thank God for His unconditional love and divine grace. Second is my ever supportive family especially my parents always keep reminding me that hardwork, perseverance and dedication makes your dreams into reality. Third are my friends always there for me to the moon and back and also I would like to thank Technical Program, Travel & Hospitality Campaign and L&D Management Team and to all my mentors in Teleperformance. This is my journey begins... I started working at Teleperformance last April 25, 20 as an agent, I’ve been part with Seasonal Program for a week. There are some movement happened and became part of Technical Program last June 08, 20. I worked as a Billing Care Specialist for a year. A bad news came in that it might be removed in Antipolo. So another window has opened again and became part of the most exciting account in Antipolo which is Travel & Hospitality Campaign last May 02, 20 and worked as a Hotel Reservationist. I started taking calls for Central/Eastern properties, after a month cross-trained to take in calls for Atlantic City properties, after a month, cross-trained to Las Vegas properties then became Universal Agent for a year as well. I started enrolling to JUMP! program last June 08, 2018, JUMP! is a developmental program created to identify and prepare high-potential individuals to take leadership positions at Teleperformance. It encourages them to explore and gather valuable information depending on their career aspirations as they develop their competencies, create new skills, set goals, and eventually take assertive higher level decisions. After you went through rigid selection, attended blended learning sessions and completed specific career track immersion that took months and that happened outside of my shifts, it’s time to celebrate the culmination of my journey. I recently graduated and completed the course last July , 2018 held at Teleperformance Aura. When I heard that new program will launch in June 2018 looking for potential leaders will join their team, I submitted my application online and has been scheduled for interview last August 09, 2018. After a week - August , 2018 someone called me from Teleperformance Corporate Recruitment delivered the great news that I passed the Supervisor’s post interview which is also the week of my 30th birthday - August 20. I was so overwhelmed that day because it also serve as an “Early Birthday Gift” to myself. A week after, Ana sent me a to report to my manager and discussed my effectivity - August 26, 2018 as a “Newly Promoted Supervisor”. Another achievement unlocked. This is not the end of my journey, A NEW CHAPTER has just begun... This is... Bianca Pazzibugan JUMP!
