morning Joy, well yur trip sounds great an i am happy for you, but in all your excitement of writing you didnt mention the deal that was to good to say no to?? I really do like the pics you add of the area, They are awesome... trying to remember all the trips my family made there when i was a kid, (to canada) I dont remember any mountains but those view with them in back ground are killer....

Nice choice of pics to backdrop the blog. Wasn't familiar with the west jet until you displayed it. I'd be interested in the story behind the statue of what looks like a pointing fireman and two young boys. I'd be even more interested in the story of the gorgeous woman in the great fitting dress standing in front of the statue I admire Sweet VM too,just more ammo for my Canadian women are the greatest women on this site theory ;pStandards are people too.....kinda

Sounds like a great deal, family is always a good thing. I have been blessed with a good family, aunts uncle,cusions, sister, nephews nieces, and grew up within a couple miles of grandparents ECT. You can really see how much they mean to you when you aren't around them all the time. Safe travels and enjoy Anything worth doing is worth doing right

I have a daughter and grandchildren in the lower mainland (syrup) Ridge. I use airmiles when I go out to visit them. They will be coming this way in July!
