A little taste of Vegas for ya

Las Vegas is a somewhat difficult location for great sky art, either morning or evening. Not only due to the weather but also because the valley is surrounded by several mountain ranges to the west as well as the east which greatly affects how the light gets through based on cloud covera.....

Yes, indeed...ON WITH IT already

I got these shots one night after work several months ago...just forgot which folder I put them in I have included the first and last pictures I took of this sunset as well as several variations of zoom level so you can see the different ways the incoming light is captured in the lens and how.......

My apologies....




Even though this is out of focus I think it's still cool for sharing

True, being the high desert we don't usually get a lot of cloud cover...the wind blows it all over the place too...and like what I was kind of saying before the pictures, the mountains can be a problem sometimes. But when it's a good one I always try to have the camera handy
