 Hey no probs....you are both consulting adults, and as long as you don't hurt any one or break any marriages....

If both of you still want your marriages then just remember, it's only sex... just one more thing like food, warmth, etc, we humans need.

 Just a few thoughts ...

Your friend needs to worry about her own relationships and not worry about yours

Marriage and monogamy are social constructs which are neither rational nor practical. It's why so many fail.

Your willingness to find what works for you IS rational and practical.

If you are comfortable and happy with the choices you make, THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS
Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.

 I would have a conversation with him. For me personally I want my wife to be part of a open relationship so we can be swingers and have 3somes. He may be into it. Keep us posted beautiful!

 if you are happy with what you have with your husband and just want something more then it should not be anyone's business but I would be careful with playing with anyone at work, it has the potential to blow up and effect both your personal and professional life
