Another sleepless night ..with some benefit! The older my body becomes,it seems the less sleep it gets ! Those few nights every month when my body gets 7 ½ to 8 hours sleep is wonderful. Waking up, truly refreshed from a good nights sleep and ready to conquer another day! That feeling is just superb. Then there are those nights, seemingly recently, that either with me being over caffeinated, business or personal stress, late night TV or a nap has caused me to not sleep soundly through the night. Of course living near this [blog Sexy_SandraD] in Santa Monica, there is drinking / party nights (usually Thursday – Sunday) you will get the residual noise from the street of young revelers leaving the pubs/bars filled with libations and disappointment from the night’s loss of opportunity. Well one issue has recently caused me grief, the “new” neighbor.
