An Italian immigrant went to the doctor to complain that he was not sure how to get his new wife pregnant. After some struggling with some language problems the doctor simplified with just stick your longest thing where your wife is the hairiest. Two mouths later the man came back to the doctor complaining that it was not working. I have been sticking my nose in her arm pit every night and she still is not pregnant.
