Ladies, (and gents) did you know...? So you've banned some creep, for whatever reason, from viewing your profile. You can relax knowing you won't hear from them again. Wrong! If your profile features in any of the "Hottest" categories, pictures, albums, etc, even a banned member can view your pictures and leave a comment. I was really shocked to see two members I'd banned commenting on my pics days after I'd banned them. I contacted HotMatch.com who informed me that, although they're banned from seeing my profile, they can still view all my photographs because I'm featured in their Hottest Whatever! If, like me, you want to control your pictures, profile and privacy, I'd encourage you to send a quick message to HotMatch.com asking them to review this set-up. I don't think it's acceptable, and I doubt many of you will, especially if you've had an unpleasant experience with someone. Have you experienced this? If you did would you be as annoyed as I am? Or does it not bother you? **Update October 2014** Banned members are stalking us via our status updates and photographs. These appear on their activity stream. They know they are banned from viewing our profiles, yet continue to like and/or comment on our status updates and photographs. HotMatch.com should be a safe place for everyone, but it's not. Not when they allow banned members to stalk and harass us in this way. I mail them at least three times a week when the same banned members continue to stalk and harass me. I get the same reply everytime, "This member has been dealt with...". Lies. HotMatch.com are allowing these creeps to get to us through a loophole their programmers could easily fix. It is not acceptable!   "I'm always disappointed when a liar's pants don't actually catch on fire..." |

Maybe this was already said but this is how you stop a stalker, a person you don't want making comments or whatever. Go to My stuff, my account, scroll down to edit preference to the blocked members list and check all the boxes by their name and this should end everything. Sending a complaint to HotMatch.com customer service does no good. Most employees from this site don't even know their jobs. "...and this should end everything." Someone can't seem to make up their mind! Run along now

I have banned 103 members so far the way I described and not one has been able to view my pictures, profiles, make comments, view my cam, ect.. Just remember the site makes their money on guys and not the women so they make it more difficult for a woman to totally ban a guy all together. Try what I told you in the previous post. I didn't miss the point but you have to understand how the site stays going. It is all the desperate men/stalkers so if they made it easy to just ban a person that person won't be able to see anything and stop paying for a membership. I have been on this site for 20+ years..I know the tricks You don't know that people you've banned can or can't see your pictures. And just because they haven't commented doesn't mean they can't. It's unlikely any of your pictures are featured under the hottest pictures section of the site which is allowing banned members access to them. The site has admitted to the loophole. She's already said the people she's banned can't view her profile, but they can access her pictures and updates, but you just don't seem to be getting it

Internet = public place. If there is something that you don't want people to see, don't post it! That's why I have a pic of my ass on here! It's always disappointing when you find out that ezdate has placed your profile on as hottest whatever...I hate being hot! Oh, the perils that we beautiful people face on a daily basis!

I met someone early this summer that I had been talking to for quite awhile; fortunately he and I didn't work out and why you may ask or maybe ur not asking so I'm telling. He lied. Said he was 49 looked sixty. Said he didn't smoke cigs but had a pack and an ashtray full of butts when i first got there.....invited me for dinner/early afternoon meal and conversation and got the drift that wasn't going to happen at all until MUCH later if at all. Offered me drinks after i already had told him i was on antibiotics and couldn't( several times I mentioned this even after he tried to guilt me into drinking one drink with him(i refused) ). And to top it all, he was disrespectful, and arrogant which to me are two "qualities" I find loathsome. So I picked up my self and said This isn't going to happen and walked away and safely got in my car and drove the miles home to delete, ban, from everything from him to see or comment or anything with me BUT then ....he viewed me after I tried to ban him from that.........I think if a person is banned he shouldn't or she shouldn't have the privilege of viewing PERIOD!!

That is precisely why I dont put my face on this site. The idiots are taking face pictures and posting them on CL. I banned a certain individual and yesterday I received an instant message from him. I have no idea how that happened but I will be sending Andrew my displeasure about this. Thanks for sharing!

I believe the glitch is that if the member puts you on his "hotlist" before you block them, they still have access to your profile and pictures. nd2hvfun was complaining about having this problem earlier this week. It's unacceptable.

Message sent! Another feature they need to look into is the fact that picture comments are posted without allowing the owner to approve them. A big flaw in my opinion. This feature is on blogs, so why not pictures?

I guess you'll find out now if banned people can comment on your blogs as well. I hope you find a way to get rid of your unpleasant followers.
