Abuse doesn't pay!

So further to my blog Why so bitter I received a message from HotMatch.com today which read "We were able to investigate the member that you have reported, and are taking the appropriate actions. Please note, that due to privacy considerations we will not be able to tell you the results of our investigation." Bit rich on the privacy consideration as I was given no consideration when being verbally abused!

But anyway....

So I checked my message centre as I'd kept his vile message as proof and it appears as if HotMatch.com did do the right think and delete his account, as where his message once was it now reads "Deactivated account.

Nice to know that women do not have to put up with abuse on this site, and I would encourage everyone - men & women - to report abusers, especially paying members as they get hit in the pocket by losing their account.

 Good on you Holly! It might teach him a costly lesson and he'll think next time before behaving in such a way

 That's great news! It really hurts people sometimes when it costs them financially he deserved it.

Well done for following through with your complaint and to HotMatch.com for enforcing their rules.
