Maybe I should remind peeps that I'm awake just about 6 UK time , lying in bed for a while before I get up and dressed for my run!

 Well, if I have an early morning run ,
I make a point of not lingering to bed
- at all.
( Just trying to convince myself of being
energetic I suppose... )

 Don't run, but power walk for about an hour and a half most days. Going up the step side of Parliament Hill without stopping after walking for an hour is fun.
