So I bought a new toy,,,, not its not what ya think LOL

So with working out 4 hrs a day I saw I was doing a lot of the same things over and over so I have been adding new things to make it like 4 different 1 hr work outs.
The new toy I got was a free standing heavy bag, At first I did not know how much of a work out hitting a heavy bag like that would be. Let me tell you it surpasses every thing else I do so far. zumba, exercise bike , treadmill & on par with my power lifting.
What I did was find a boxing timer app on my phone and found out 1 hr is 15 boxing rounds.
So far its been great to use and helps me to get rid of a lot of pent up hostility lol
its one of my new favorite work out tools and honestly one of the cheaper ones to buy.
In other news I have to say the diet is going great. I found out the best thing that helps me not eat is keeping a liter of water with me. every time I want to snack I chug the water and no more hunger.
As far as how the world sees me no difference yet really. I have not lost enough weight. Its just been enough loss for the people who see me every day to notice I am losing weight. Sadly the first question they ask is have I been sick. lol
I know its just a matter of patients. I would like it be done sooner rather than later however I know for what I want I am trying to do its going to have to be consistent for a whole year. Its ok by me after all a years is a small price to pay to be able to change my whole social cast.
The things a fella has to do to get a lil love right!
