Snowbound It's storms like this that make me wonder what in the hell I'm doing in Northern Michigan. Spent the day stuck in my crappy apartment today, thankfully I have power. Several people in my area were without power for several hours, so I consider myself lucky in that respect. Now comes the fun part.... Shoveling myself out of 2 ft of snow. This should prove interesting, considering, I don't own a snow shovel. Well, any kind of shovel, for that matter. Wish me luck! |

I would be calling the landlord as I believe you have stated before that according to your lease you are paying for snow removal as part of your rent. If he tells you to shove off call us and we will come dig you out.

I actually wish we had gotten that much snow down here in central WI....one blizzard a year is fun.... If I Had Known I'd Live This Long I'd Have Taken Better Care Of Myself..!!

Ouch! I would recommend using the bottom half of a broiler pan for the snow. That or any kind of baking tray I guess. Good luck! Being snowed in is only fun if you are with someone special
