Excellent writing...but... As a retired massage therapist, this is so what I do not want to read. For one, I have had to put up with the snickers from people who think this is what I did as a therapist. Even worse, is what my female therapists have had to deal with and their hurt feelings when they are looked at as prostitutes or are propositioned by clients. (Nothing wrong with prostitutes, but let's keep our professions separate.) Another consideration is that the therapist is in a position of power and their client is naked and vulnerable. To exploit their vulnerability would be a high crime against nature (professionally it would be a violation of ethics and breaking the law, however I hold myself to a higher standard). The client is not in a position to give their willing consent because of their mental state while receiving a massage, to take advantage of this would be predatory. I haven't kept track of how many men an women I have touched and even though my massages could be sensuous (as opposed to sensual) each of my clients received my highest respect and care that I could provide. Sex is great, but carries some emotional and physical problems with it. Having your body cared for and honored and being worshipped without judgment with all of nature's love, through massage, is pretty great, too. If you are wondering what your massage therapist is thinking during a massage, this is pretty much it. This is not even touching on the physical benefits of massage, but I made a post already in my blog. [post 3822886] I hope this has given you a small peek into massage therapy and that you will gain even more enjoyment from your massages. Even though sex and massage share the act of touching, massage is always based on nature's Love. I know, massage is something you pay for, but massage therapists need to eat, too. There is a lot of real caring that you are getting for free. I hope this comment has a positive effect and it is something you can enjoy and benefit by. Also, perhaps this will help others in understanding massage and encourage them to get and enjoy massages in the spirit they are given. I could have enjoyed your story and remained quiet, but there is Nature and my profession that bids me to comment. Hmm.. a nice twist to the story would have been his office assistant giving the massage (oops, maybe not PC), or maybe she called his girlfriend...what a nice surprise that would have been when the blindfold came off!

Ah Ha! I knew it...well, uh, sort of. I read this three times looking for clues (and uhm, for other reasons). Was there the scent of vanilla in the office? Did she look at his broad shoulders longingly or moisten in his presence? Did she leave the office early for some "personal business"?
