 . I have my pork shoulder seasoned and refrigerated, so I am all done with the shopping. Now to start visiting and getting fresh baked goodies from everyone

I'm 39 with hair ranging between mid-butt length to knee-length hair. There's no way in hell I'm chopping all that off. I thought that saying was ridiculous when I was 20 and I still do. Plus... well, I have all sorts of arguments. Who said it? When? Why? What was the cultural norm at the time? Are all people sheep to follow what one person says? Then I'm in a historical group that... while it doesn't matter if your hair follows historical norms but long hair is more historically accurate for most cultures. And I'm stubborn and do what I want anyhow. I also wear white after labor day.

I like long hair on a woman, but it really depends on the type of hair, and the woman. Thoughts from the Garden...

Altho I prefer long hair on a woman, There are many women who look beautiful in shorter hair but not as short as some guy's wear, and I do indeed like to pull her hair A bit ( with both hands ) then reaching around and pulling her nipples ( with both hands ) then sliding back and grabbing her hips ( with both hands ) then maybe reaching up and grabbing her shoulders ( with both hands ) when taking her doggy style ....

Yes what ever she likes. I do tend to like long hair tho. This is not meant to offend any one in any way.

Women go through enough with their hair without me critiquing their choices. As long as it looks good I'm happy if they are. I do dislike long dull gray hair on a woman, I just don't see the point of not even trying. I don't wear a mustache or beard because it would come in multi colored or that dull gray --- it's attractive on very few women and most of them great beauties. I have no problem with long hair past 40 though. That's one of those idiot rules like no white after Labor Day some fashion guru came up with and now women think it is carved in stone. I like women who have their own style and know what looks good on them. I'm not averse to telling a partner I like or don't like something, but the decision is hers, I'm just showing I noticed and I care.  Lust brings you together, love keeps you there, sex keeps the mechanism lubricated.

My hair is in a graduated bob....sort of chin length which I can cope with well. I think women should wear their hair however they like. ~~Anais Nin~~

Hi J, Like so much in life, hair length on a woman over 40 depends upon: - hair type and color - shape of the woman's face - cut and style I have seen numerous women over 40 with short hair which would look really good on their 20 year old daughter

I am almost 50 and my hair has been below my shoulders for over 35 years.

Starting in 9th grade, I had short hair in various styles. I just thought it looked better on me. Since about 3 years ago, I started to let it grow for a change. I like my hair long...it looks better than I ever thought it would...even with extra weight which "they" usually say is not a good look...

some women look extremely hot in short hair-----some with long hair depends on her what suits her best---doesn't really matter to me my wife has short hair,,and it still gets pulled during se  not intentionally)

i prefer a women with long hair but it depends on the women. some look great with short hair also
