Little quiet.

Yip! That about sums me up lately I have been a little quiet for a little over a month now a lot going on in my head lately. Between my surgery and hospital stay, my trip, and working insane hours since being back. It has been tough to sit down and process anything really. So here are a couple thoughts from me.

1.\ If you don't travel get off your ass, trust me you don't have to go to Europe, or Africa, or someplace exotic. Just get out and explore take a day drive and put in as may miles as you can and see where you end up you just might be surprised and completely enjoy yourself. For my part I still cant thank the 4 people who made my last trip such a blast enough.

2.\ Take care of your health even if it's only a small physical or going for a walk with the don't wait till something really goes wrong to get yourself seen. With that said I can't complain spending 4 days being totally doped up on dilaudid every two and half hours.

3.\ Just take a chance and have no expectations you never know.
