Missed opportunity

So I have missed out on a chance to comment on a friends blog. It sucks because I really did mean to add to it, I just got shittily side tracked from doing that the other day and now it seems that her post has disappeared. It's main thrust was doing no harm to your partner.

I greatly believe in this message in fact I was going to add that you should go one step further and that being try to leave your partner better than when you found them. Teach them new things, open their hearts and their minds. Laugh with them and teach them how funny life and love really can be

I wish I had her words and that would be a great help as I could fully expand on her own good thoughts. And I would have learned how to link to someones blog again. Oh well. That is life sometimes.

 I like this, and oh nice it would be if everyone had that thought process. Teach someone, share with them that life really is odd and funny most of the time. To look on the positive side of things, and really get the we all need to be able to laugh at life, but it is a wonderful thing.

 So strange..... I was skipping through blogland and came across her post just a few minutes ago and it really spoke to me. Another blogger I read posted a recent blog describing situations in which I felt like they harmed someone else... and it made me feel funny, that someone that I'd previously kind of held in high regard, had fallen into selfishland.

So it was good to read that I'm not the only one who cares about hurting others!

I'm all for open sexuality, open relationships and the like, if it's consensual. Even indirectly, it's not right to hurt someone else and that's something that's important to me. Even if it makes me a bit of a pollyanna on here...

its funny because a lot of the world would view me as a negative guy, but on this front I am as positive as I can be.

okay missy filled me in on all the back story but I agree with you. I never held that other person in very high regard after looking at some of her behaviours. It was why I quit trying to figure it out. I say we leave our partners better than when we found them, not a wreck or wrecked.
