Is it wrong for me to have standards here?

Particularly ones that have to do with weight? Hello, by the way. I figured I should start up some blogging here to give people more of a picture of me.

Back to my point. I'm the first to admit that I'm not a small man. 6'1" and around 250lbs is not a lightweight. But I'm nowhere near the fatness level one sees on shows like "Biggest Loser." I've just got a bit of a belly. I've stated in my profile that if I was going to hook up with someone that I don't want to be the lightest in the room. In my mind it doesn't seem to be unreasonable, but I can't help but think it's turning people off to be judgmental about the weight of others when I am not in the 'normal' range myself.

I can't change my mind though. My dear wife, I'm afraid, is going to leave me a widower because she will not deal with her weight. I'm basically not even allowed to bring this subject up with her. When we shared the same doctor, we'd schedule appointments together for convenience. She would refuse to let the nurse tell her what the scale said. The last time, I managed to sneak a peek at the scale. 375lbs for a woman that is 5'10"! And I just know it has gone up since then. She was heavy when we met, but I just kind of dismissed it because she had so many other wonderful qualities. Now, however, the stakes are much higher with a and a small business dependent on her health.

So what do you think? Is my weight requirement reasonable?
Thanks for reading.

Where is your blog? I read the title, but there is no blog. To answer your question, one should always have standards. Yes, even on a sex site.

Don't Hate me cause I said you're a Bitch! I didn't say you're a Backstabbing Bitch, did I?

Everyone has standards... there are things that each of us are attracted to. Nothing at all wrong with that. The issue is, how is it stated. Always a way to be kind... Good luck in your search.

If you never did, you should. These things are fun, and fun is good
