Feeling Negative

I was just thinking that there are several things that I don't like about myself.
-I drink too much diet coke despite the warnings about it.
-I should go to the gym and walk the treadmil, but I haven't in over a year and a half.
-I procrastinate; big/small, important/unimportant, it doesn't matter - I put it off.
-I have arthritis in my left pointer finger...It hurts!
-My feet are too long.
-My elbows get rough and scaly, despite the best lotions.

When I was a younger kid, there was something called saccharin that was all the rage.It was then banned.I personally believe that it has been given so many new names over the years, that heeding those warnings may be in your best interest.
Coconut oil and elbows .

Using more than all the road!

My philosophy is: Everything in moderation, if it hurts, don't use it, working out is just more work for me, and the only thing you can never get enough of is sleep. lol

I know the feeling. But I did stop drinking Diet Coke. Didn't realize it contributed to my belly instead of taking away from it. And the other crap in it as well. I also know what you mean about procrastinating. On the job I don't, with everything else, yes. I take my gym bag with me everyday to work and maybe stop by there only once or twice a week. I guess that's better than not which is what I did, or didn't do before.

Respectfully, that is a fairly short list and I am sure when you find something to cheer you up - even if it's a sunny day - you could make a list 3 times longer than that, about the things that are good about being you; give it a try...

You can change the first three things. They are just bad habits and they can be replaced by good habits.
The fifth is just a personal preference. For someone else they might be a perfect length.
The fourth and sixth might be symptoms of medical issues. However, your doctor is in a better position to advise you as to whether anything can be done or if it indicates something more serious. I was about to say that I was not going to play doctor, but the childish game of "You show me yours and I'll show you mine" can also be called playing doctor. I'm unqualified for the first, but the second sounds interesting.

I think I need a good dose of sunshine.
