I had a massive heart attack at age 39. Mine felt like bad heartburn, hands went numb. My Aunt had symptoms like yours, back pain, jaw pain. She died. You should have gone to the hospital, they can test your blood for enzymes which are present after a heart attack. Prevention is the key, although the heart is very good at repairing itself, you can suffer permanent damage if too severe.
I did go and do that I had to see my personal Dr anyway, and had it bumped back a day, everything check, eh okay, I have boarder-line hypertension, high triglycerides, and cholesterol but those signs that were secreted were either gone or never appeared, they said it could have been one of my screws randomly decaying n a certain spot, and that may be true? It hurt like hell!!

Yeah I know of the release of it, though I didn't know how long its bioavailability was, I'm going there tomorrow. As per you previous post, I knew they would get me through it, and I'm just not sure if that is what is was....I don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill, however, if it occurs again, I am going to the ER, no doubt it.

Thank you for the info!

I dunno I'm kind of not sure, the pain was real, but was it from something like I thought? I took two more aspirin and something to help with sleep....I'll think more about whether to act or not in the morning.

On the updated note though, I'm gonna stay on this, but I can't dwell on it and have psychosomatic phantom problems...I'm gonna talk to my Dr about this shit Thursday.

I had pain for 2 days in my arms, it got to the point where I couldnt lift them... my chest never hurt once. I got to the ER for my arms, and passed out as they were taking my blood pressure. Had to have a stint put in. You need to go to the ER... what if you have a traveling blood clot? When it reaches the lungs, you are in real trouble... Please go...

I'm thinking it over. I don't want to go for some non-event, but then again, I don't want to underpay it either. I'm not some pussy, I can take a lot of pain but this was pretty bad. Its got me shook up....I'll keep this updated.

It's difficult to speculate, but generally speaking, the pain is usually on the left; Left shoulder, left jaw. If it were a heart attack, the pain wouldn't go away two minutes after chewing an aspirin. People have different symptoms, however, and you could have a congenital anomaly that causes atypical symptoms.

That being said, your odds are much better in the ER. Especially at your age. You aren't old enough to have any good collateral flow if you did have a blocked artery, therefore, an MI that someone could survive at 60, is much more difficult for someone at age 36.

Searing pain is an indication of something, and I would definitely get it checked out. Like I said, it is difficult to speculate. I am an ICU nurse and have worked in the Cardiac ICU for years. Good luck
I thought pain emitting from such a problem was on the left, and my jaw and head, now that I think back my jaw did hurt/pulsate more on the left, I'm pretty sure. Long ago I took med's for ADHD like ritalin and adderall, I stopped taking it because it would cause noticeable problems mainly in the form of palpitations, but that's been years ago. I actually have a Dr app this month, actually its a few days away, I'll ask him wtf's up, but I'm gonna stay vigilante on this stuff!

Thank you very much hun!
