Reading of Blogs

Ok maybe I fell out of some kind of loop, but could someone fill me in on who now is able to read blogs? Are free members no longer able to have access to blogs?

 i'm standard and I can read and respond to blogs...I haven't heard of anyone not being allowed to

 Thanks, I didn't think any changes had been made. I think some just can't figure out where to find these things we call "blogs" lol.

 The don't charge for reading blogs, but I think it's only a matter of time.
