I paid good money to view shadow pictures Andrew you are blowing smoke up the young girls asses . Prior to this hardware issue, the site had the most stable month in the last two years. That's like saying the site took a turn for the better before it got worse

Andrew: Add me to the chorus of voices appreciating your openness when you address site problems. Having experienced the other side of this in other situations -- no acknowledgement of problems, no sense that management cares -- your approach is refreshing. That said, the site's service blogs are primarily used by those already heavily invested in blogging. Since this seems to be a sitewide problem, why not put a special banner temporarily atop all home pages? For that matter, why not advertise all the recognition you give to problems? People are fairly forgiving of acknowledged problems. What they don't like is being left in the dark. You've got the right attitude... make us your allies by continuing to be transparent, rather than frustrating us and creating detractors. Hell, you know social media.... we WILL talk. Please make it easy for your efforts to be part of the dialog. Stop in, read, and offer comments at my "swinging as seen in the media" blog, "Confessions of a Lifestyle Man" humorlife, which is also the home of the monthly virtual symposium. Thanks to one to the members that brought attention to your answering of this problem..yes I have been effected..but was not really worried as I am aware you have lots of data to goes through this site (cyber space every day...And I do think this is the place to put it..but it would be better sometimes to placed it in the magazine...as a lot of information is assumed or misinformed..

The latest picture I uploaded shows on my profile, Andrew, but not in my album. The previous two pictures, which were uploaded six and ten hours ago aren't showing, at least not to me, as you'll see from the screenshot. "I'm always disappointed when a liar's pants don't actually catch on fire..."

Thank you for the update, although a lot of photos are missing, myself being a Gold member for over 4 years now. I can view profiles, but can't e-mail anyone !! Is that part of the glitch also??? Plus, messages that I've gotten from other, where I can contact someone, many of them have also been either deleted or are missing. Again, thank you for posting this.

well i am VERY upset... i am a paying member..and paid in ADVANCE!!!! this site has ALWAYS had issues and this does NOT bode well for the future. also you need to STOP outsourcing customer support. I AM TIRED OF THE INDIAN PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTANDING USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS!!!! this is a MAJOR issue along with the random bannings from chat room monitoring software.

Thanks for the update, nice to know what's being done to correct it. My profile pics have been m.i.a the past 4 days. I'll be looking for that membership extension you spoke of since I am directly affected by this glitch.

Hi Andrew, I think we all appreciate your heads up on this issue,but I'm wondering about a couple of things. First, you said members would get extensions depending on the time they are affected,but we "non members" are affected too, so is our inconvenience just being ignored? I have been a paying member in the past,but didn't find a lot of difference in the way the site worked for me,so this time around I decided to just be a standard, Also, of the pictures your experts replaced, 1 was returned twice. Now,I'm not sure whether this was my fault or the experts, but regardless,maybe it should have been picked up on and at least noted, just saying. All in all I enjoy the site and the "sister" site that I use and have had very little to complain about, so thanks again.

The explanation is much appreciated, as my profile is badly affected as well. Just posted on the site support blog about every time logging in more pics appear as silhouettes, this morning even male ones, However, still hoping that issue will soon be resolved with no pics and/or pic comments getting lost along the way. Thanks for the update and one small suggestion. It would have made me feel a lot better if I had seen the details of this on the site support blog a few days ago. I we get there is that there is an "issue", that its been identified and they are working on it. There are a lot of us geeks on here and knowing that it was a capacity issue and what is being done to fix it would have set our minds at ease at least.
