Thanks for your comments. The last days can not see the pictures of the women who wish to contact .... but that situation made me more professional to ask and have to admit that I had more answers than before. I'm sure this will get lost in the multitude, but here goes: Thank you for personally addressing this! As a newer, paid member it was frustrating. I am pleased to see improvements on the way. I would be glad to provide further feedback were I sure it would be considered.

we have the same problem, no pics. Also cant IM and you said it was my computer, sounds like everyones computer is fucked up. I don't think so FIX IT

Hi. We have been a member of your site for years. our videos have some of the highest view counts on your site. We are ranked #1 on the west coast and the top 30 profiles in the world. That being said, every time we upload a picture it is declined and we have to call your number to get them posted. THIS HAPPENS FOR EVERY PICTURE. I cant tell you how frustrating that is considering you have other members using our pics and when I report them on your site, NOTHING HAPPENS. Your contests. We had more votes for our tshirt entry than your 3rd place winner yet you skipped our entry completely?! why?! We were supposed to get a free month for being a finalist, WE NEVER GOT IT. Also, On your most current contest, THERE IS NO PLACE TO VOTE?! Only "like" or "commenting"...no voting tab. No finalist landing page WTF? We have been long standing members and we give you guys HIGH QUALITY VIDEO AND PICTURES for your website, but I cant lie, we are about burnt out with all the problems associated with being a member on here. I have emailed your customer service over 10 times with no response. Id love to see a response but Im not holding my breath. here is the proof...if you are going to run a contest...it should be done by the rules??

This all sounds so convincing when you are the Guru!!! However I would say this and all harke to the advice and opinion What good does it do when You don't get the service you paid for?? Perhaps if the slightest members knew that the customer is always right we wouldn't be getting RIPPED OFF with a " Couple weeks free" as a token for the problem!!!! One here should as well as ALL Members , be given just compensation for the Hassle and inconveinence that has been placed upon us as PAID CUSTOMERS!!!!!! That's why they have consumer protection LAWS!!!!

Thank for posting the information so that people now know its not just their profile its everyone. It was frustrating not just for the silhouette pic but the particle pic as well. Seems guys really like her sultry eyes and confusing when you have to tell them that's the generic pic is not you.

I'm relieved that it's not just my computer, but the whole site! Once the photo issue is fixed, maybe the system folks could stop the fake hotlisting and frequent and random profile views! First things first....

Thank You for the update on the issue. Since the standard members probably won't be getting an extension for the outage, how about 2 or 3-weeks of a "paid" membership for free? It might give us standard members a taste of what we are missing to continue on with a gold membership. -Tripod

Thank you for the work that you are doing to stabilize the site. As an IT pro myself, I always imagine the folks in your NOC pulling their hair out and DBAs and SAN guys operating on no sleep 24x7. Is there any sort of technical status page (or even better, a technical blog) for folks who are curious about the underpinnings of this massive network of sites to visit?
